MAKING A BOOKING? Please read first 🙂
We are experiencing high levels of bookings at this present time (which is great so thank you). Our team are doing their best to get back to each and every customer to confirm bookings within 48 hours, please bare with us we are trying to manage a busy restaurant too.
Our temporary website booking system at times has a 15 minute delay so you may experience a blank screen when you press ‘submit’. This doesn’t mean the booking hasn’t gone through 99% of the time it has and we have received it via text and email ready for us to process and give you a callback (within 48 hours). Please avoid making multiple bookings if this happens, as it can confuse us when we are processing them. If you have a problem the best thing to do is call us.
When making a booking please pay attention to our opening times, if you are making a booking outside of these hours the team will respond to you when we are back open – we don’t have access to the system at 11pm or 4am. Our team need to rest and recharge their batteries – particularly on a Monday as it is the only day we are fully CLOSED.
